DESIGNERS > LUCY AIKEN-JOHNSON

Lucy has been an Interior Designer for more than 12 years, leading projects in product design and the interiors of restaurants, showrooms, corporate headquarters and large-scale cultural arts centers, including WestWayne Advertising and the Georgia Aquarium.

Lucy has a talent for creating unique design elements for the individual client, providing memorable designs while staying in budget.  Using her strong research skills, she gives her clients a design advantage by benchmarking projects and client competitors and ensuring a distinctive solution.  Her design talent includes the creation of beautiful color combinations, finish solutions and furniture selections that complete the solution of each space.

Lucy has been involved in multiple award-winning projects and was recently recognized by ASID with a Gold Design Excellence Award for her work on the Koroseal loft office and a Bronze Design Excellence Award for her work on Inman Perk coffee house.  She currently serves as the president of the Georgia chapter of ASID and was recently named one of Atlanta’s “Top 20 Under 40” designers by Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles magazine.  Lucy studied interior design and graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in the School of Architecture, Design and Construction.
